Dr Lawrence took the opinions of his patients into account when making decisions into their care. He had good working relationship with the multidisciplinary team and would often consult pharmacy for advice regarding medication use where appropriate. He showed very good working ethics and was always on top of the physical healthcare monitoring required for his patients.

I have worked with Dr Lawrence now for over 3 months and found him to be the most reliable, keen, eager and accomodating colleague it has been my pleasure to work with in the 6 years I have worked for the Northamptonshire Health Foundation Trust. The feedback I have personally taken which includes many, many calls from the parents of the children he has seen in his time here, all of whom have been absolutely delighted with the care, patience and communication Dr Lawrence has given to them and their children. Dr Lawrence is an incredibly reliable colleague. He listens to suggestions around his work and takes them on. Dr Lawrence is always happy to discuss anything with you, giving you plenty of time to do so. He is very flexible, and is always helpful within the team. He is friendly and makes effective working relationships. Dr Lawrence is always very polite, and speaks to everyone with respect. His work is organised and to a good standard, requiring only minor ammendments. He works with us, rather than against us and will always communicate with me to keep me in the loop -a key feature, in my opinion, to the smooth running of all of our work. Working with Dr Lawrence has been delightful and stress free.

Dr Lawrence ,although very quietly spoken, was extremely good with my son. He put him at ease and spoke to him on his level. My son is 11. Dr Lawrence also explained exactly what he was going to do for us, and nothing was too much trouble. He put things in place to enable my son to get the best help that is needed for his condition. I felt totally confident in all the suggestions that Dr Lawrence has given us as a family. He also understood the difficulties that we had faced and supported us. Something we haven't had before.

Dr Lawarence is caring and considerate of patients. When a patient came for an appt on the wrong day he fitted them in even though they had to wait a while, as a patient had DNA and he had the capacity. This was appreciated by the family.
